What is Technical Communication?

Technical Communication combines many skills that communicate technical and/or instructional information concisely, accurately, safely, and appropriately (user and audience friendly) utilizing audio, visual, and written formats.

As a technical communicator,  I speak with subject matter experts (SMEs) and conduct thorough research on diverse and complex topics and/or issues. The gathered information is then translated into audience-appropriate media.
